9am Breakfast
10.30am Introduction Yoga – All levels – 2 hours
1pm Lunch
Leisurely afternoon either taking in the breathtaking views around the Monastery or relax in the grounds or meditation
4pm – 5.15pm Beginners Yoga
5.30 – 7pm Advanced Yoga
8.30pm Dinner
Sunday
9am Breakfast
10.30 Yoga for all levels – 2 hours
1pm Lunch
Leisurely afternoon around the Monastery

Transport to the Monastery is available on request.
