Ayuvedic & Yoga Wellness Retreat in India

In December and January there will be little going on with MLC for which i apologise, as I shall be travelling to India on an adventure but also to receive help for my ongoing problems in my hands and of constant nerve pains in my arms and degenerating muscles in all my joints. A few of you have asked if they can come over and stay at certain times while i am in India so please do email me first so i can let you know exactly where i will be.

Three years ago I had a neck fracture dislocation of my neck in C6/7 level with neurological derangement. I received halo traction and reduction of facet joint dislocation and anterior discectomy bone grafting and spinal fusion of C6/7 with titanium and was told I may be in a wheelchair indefinitely. Finding the strength from a higher power I battled to walk unaided. The road is long and this has changed my outlook on life. We are not invincible!

Yoga and meditation has been the saviour for me and this is why I encourage such exercises.
I am also now a spinning instructor which has amazed even myself. This works well for me as it is not weight bearing and is a good cardiovascular workout.
