Directions:
Take the Airport/Cala Estancia (7A) exit from the motorway.
Follow Cala Estancia on slip road.
This brings you to a T junction, turn left direction Can Pastilla.
Follow road until you see Calle de Pins on your right (big Hasso car rental building on far corner).
Turn down road to the sea (see the bay slightly to your left) and you’ll see restaurant on the corner in front of you.

For parking easiest to park on Calle Pins, or follow road past rest, turn right at bottom and right again up parallel road (Carrer Miguel Massuti) and parking found there too.

We will also have an International French clairvoyant available for half hour sessions. Bookings can only be accepted on a first come first served basis on the day. So if you would like to book a session we would advise arriving early.

Beach Yoga is back! Starts (when weather is warmer)!! at 12.30pm Bendinat Beach

Bendy Wendy is taking our Beach Yoga this year as Sandra Edelman has now returned to Holland.. (shes doing very well there, although she misses everyone and of course the weather!)

We will start on Friday 19th March at 12.30pm on the small Bendinat Beach on the terrace area. The date has been postponed as its far tooo cold for the beach! We will confirm date soon.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced these classes are designed to meet you where you are. Being by the sea and resting from your normal routine, practicing yoga, meditation and being outdoors by the sea may help to give a fresh perspective and awareness on yourself and your life.
This beach has been chosen for its Spiritual and Natural location.
